We began a quality improvement initiative in 2002 culminating in the Level 3 rating within the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) in 2004. Our Project Office provides quality assurance for every project at LabAnswer, ensuring that our processes, procedures, and methodology are utilized to produce consistent reliable results. Every LabAnswer employee’s goal is to deliver uncompromising, personalized, professional services to all our clients. Our consultant team consists of qualified individuals who understand our clients’ needs and who recognize the importance of ensuring delivery of quality service to our clients. Our managers continually solicit performance feedback through quarterly web surveys. Quarterly we personally review with each of our consultants metrics on how effective they are meeting the client’s objectives and their personal development plan. We have been audited by Department of Defense and pharmaceutical industry auditors, and are approved for work in those quality-focused and regulated industries.
