The DCSS culture was birthed by Bob Patterson. He founded a company where culture was not a marketing gimmick but a way-of-life and a blueprint for doing business with integrity.
Bob’s leadership inspired the employees to write the company philosophy which has been the foundation upon which the company has been built.
The tenets Bob ascribed to continue to guide the company, DCSS and LabAnswer, as they move forward.
